Fitness Level 4 out 5 adventures 🥾🥾🥾🥾

Our Level 4, ‘strenuous’ rated trips are demanding. You’ll need to be able to trek up to 25 kilometres a day and handle multi-day treks over steep terrain. Although the days of trekking will be long, they’ll be punctuated by ‘off-days’ that are closer to a Level 2 rating, with a comfortable amount of walking.

Fitness Level 5 out of 5 adventures 🥾🥾🥾🥾🥾

To truly enjoy our Level 5 trips, and squeeze out every last drop of adventure, you’ll need an advanced level of fitness. Level 5 trips take you to 4,130 metres high peaks. Your body and mind should be prepared for consecutive days of rigorous hiking over rocky terrain, high altitudes and steep ascents and descents.
